After careful study and review, I concluded that the communications were being made by what I understand to be a bankrupt corporate entity and were directed toward a legal or administrative entity associated with my name rather than to me in my living capacity.

Today I've published Administrative Testimony Record ATR-001, which explains the continuing physical harm, loss of capacity, and the resulting effect those conditions have had on my ability to prepare and publish these administrative matters.

A fiduciary or administrator who issues commands beyond the written authority of their grant acts ultra vires — beyond their lawful power.
