A Public Declaration of Present Intent and Continuity of Record

On September 14, 2026, I placed a Public Declaration of Present Intent, Continuity & Preservation of Record into my Public Archive.
The declaration was made contemporaneously while I am present, able to speak for myself, and actively engaged in developing testimony, notices, correspondence, evidence, and records concerning several ongoing matters.
Those matters existed before the events of September 13, 2026. The events of that day created an additional matter, WASH-2026-MC-015, which is presently in Foundation — Record Development status. No finding has been made.
Because several matters are now active at the same time, I considered it important to establish my present intentions in my own words rather than leave them for someone else to reconstruct later.

The declaration establishes plainly that I intend to live, I intend to continue my work, and an involuntary interruption of my ability to communicate must not be interpreted as consent, withdrawal, retraction, abandonment, or resolution of the matters presently before me.
It also asks that, should such an interruption occur, the record existing beforehand be preserved and that what happened afterward be established separately from facts and evidence.
The public archive contains a redacted copy. Personal identifying information has been removed, but the substance of the declaration has not been altered.

The existence or identification of a related private matter does not publish or waive the privacy of its underlying records.
