A New Administrative Record Has Been Published
Over the past several months, I've continued publishing administrative records concerning matters that have affected my life. One question people may reasonably ask is why these records have appeared over such a long period of time.
Today I've published Administrative Testimony Record ATR-001, which explains the continuing physical harm, loss of capacity, and the resulting effect those conditions have had on my ability to prepare and publish these administrative matters.
This testimony is not intended to seek sympathy. It exists to preserve an accurate public record explaining the timeline of the work that has followed.
