Participation can happen in many places, and no single item necessarily contains the whole record. A strong record should make those pieces traceable to one another.
A written performance review concerning the September 13, 2026 IBA meeting has been developed and preserved. This public Record Status Notice asks a larger question: how can we build a dependable process for acknowledgment, answer, correction, and disposition without turning every disagreement into a public dispute?
On September 14, 2026, I placed a contemporaneous declaration into the Public Archive to preserve my present intent, the continuity of my active matters, and the meaning of any involuntary interruption of my ability to continue the record.
