To promote honesty and responsibility for all visitors and more: The Purpose of this HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT is because not all living souls are like me. Due to the nature of the digital environment, acceptance of this Hold Harmless Agreement is considered to be equivalent to a wet ink signature where both parties agree to uphold and protect the welfare of each other.

Changes To This Agreement
The Hadassah Tree may revise and update this Hold Harmless Agreement from time to time in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted. You are expected to check this page each time you record a document, so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
Usage Is Voluntary
In the same way any membership or account, where applicable, with The Hadassah Tree is voluntary and can be terminated at any time, The Hadassah Tree reserves the right to terminate your membership/account, where applicable, at any time, for any reason.
Lawful Money Agreement
Gold and/or silver in trade for services provided or items of interest can be negotiable. Details regarding specifics will be discussed, and may be in regards to "lawful money" payments or “service for service” reimbursement. i, the living woman, reserve this flexibility. The Hadassah Tree is an unincorporated private trade business and does not engage in interstate commerce or otherwise.
Property
We won't share your property with any others. However, some of the elements on this site may require you to give information and the H-Tree (The Hadassah Tree) will have no control over that. It will be your responsibility to research that element on your own and make your decision. It is your choice to use it or to refrain from doing so.
Behavior
It's simple; do unto others as you would have them do unto you. That speck you see in the others guy’s eye is a log in your own. If you see it, then you be it. Unkind, accusatory and degrading language and behaviors will be managed with a swift boot off the site. Depending on the level of offense, it may be a short booting or permanently.
Compensation and Donations
All forms of compensation and all donations are received as lawful money per 12 USC 411. However, real money is preferred. Federal Reserve Notes are accepted at Cashapp. At the time an agreement between living men and women occurs, arrangements regarding the type; frequency and amount will be discussed.
