🕯️ His Name
When He appeared to Moses, He declared:
“I AM THAT I AM.”(Hebrew: Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh) — Exodus 3:14
He is self-existent — eternal, uncreated, and unchanging.
He revealed Himself as YHWH (Yod–Heh–Vav–Heh), often vocalized as Yahweh, though many reverently say Adonai (“Lord”) or HaShem (“The Name”).
🛑 This is His covenant Name — given only to Israel.
🏔️ His Covenant
He made a covenant with Abraham, choosing him to father a great nation. This covenant was confirmed through Isaac and Jacob (Israel).
To Israel, He declared:
Segullah — My treasured possession
Am Kadosh — A holy people
Mamlekhet Kohanim — A kingdom of priests(Exodus 19:5–6)
He gave His Torah, not to burden, but to teach — showing the way of justice, mercy, and righteousness.
🔥 His Power
He is not an abstract concept. He is active, mighty, and faithful.
He parted the sea.
He thundered at Sinai.
He fed them with manna in the wilderness.
He delivered Israel from Egypt with a mighty hand and outstretched arm.
“You shall know that I am YHWH your God, who brought you out from under the burdens of Egypt.”— Exodus 6:7
He is not the invention of religion. He is the Deliverer, the Commander of Heaven’s Armies (YHWH Tzva’ot), the living Elohim — who speaks, who acts, who judges, and who restores.
💔 His Heart
Though Israel strayed, He remains faithful.
“Can a woman forget her nursing child…? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you.”— Isaiah 49:15
He desires hearts, not rituals — love, not just sacrifice. His prophets didn’t call for routine… they cried out for repentance and righteousness.
🌿 His Promise Fulfilled in Messiah
He sent His Anointed One — not to abolish the Law, but to fulfill it.
“Do not think I came to destroy the Torah… but to fulfill.”— Matthew 5:17
The Messiah, born of a Jewish mother and raised under Torah, came first for the lost sheep of the house of Israel (Matthew 15:24) — and through Him, the nations are invited into the covenant.
Through Messiah Yeshua, the God of Israel calls all mankind:
to turn from idols
to embrace His ways
to walk in the Spirit of His Torah
📜 He Is Not a New God
He has not changed.
“I, YHWH, do not change.”— Malachi 3:6
He is not replaced. He is not updated. He is not “just the God of the Old Testament.”
He was, is, and always will be — the Holy One of Israel, calling His people back to covenant truth.
