We honor His design for us as caretakers of our bodies, ensuring that we remain vibrant, capable, and ready to serve His kingdom with the fullness of our strength and spirit. As it is written in Proverbs 31:17, "She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks." Let us embrace the call to be active, not just for our own well-being, but as a testimony to the power of His purpose in our lives.
