Continued study revealed that a previously published administrative notice needed correction. Rather than erase the earlier record, I preserved it, documented what changed, created a superseding record, and connected the two. This experience produced a reusable correction pathway: stop, preserve, study, identify the error, correct, cross-link, continue, and teach. A real-world lesson in administrative continuity, documentation, and learning from a wrong move.
