Notice Regarding Capacity and Standing

Sharing Dezigns is a private, unincorporated branch of Sharing Salish(c). Sharing Salish(c) is privately recorded on the Land and soil of Washington.

The administrator acts as an American, in private capacity, as a member of the General Public—Americans standing in their original political status—and not as an incorporated entity, Federal Employee, Federal Dependent, British Territorial U.S. Citizen, or Municipal citizen of the United States.

Sharing Dezigns operates in private capacity and peaceful international trade.

No contrary capacity is knowingly asserted, represented, or voluntarily adopted by access to, communication with, inquiry concerning, purchase from, trade with, or other voluntary interaction with Sharing Dezigns.

Notice to Those Acting in Federal Capacities

Federal Employees, Federal Dependents, and persons acting in British Territorial U.S. Citizen, Municipal citizen-of-the-United-States, or other federal capacities are welcome to interact peaceably with this private trade business.

The capacity of another party does not alter, redefine, or create a presumption concerning the capacity in which Sharing Dezigns, Sharing Salish(c), or the administrator acts.

Where another party acts in a foreign, Territorial, Municipal, administrative, corporate, or other representative capacity, that capacity is expected to be openly disclosed so that all parties may understand the capacity and jurisdiction involved in the interaction.

This notice is given in furtherance of peaceful, transparent, and good-faith interaction and in recognition of the rights, duties, and obligations attending the respective capacities of the parties, including the Brother’s Keeper principle.

Private Trade and Peaceful Interaction

Sharing Dezigns conducts its work as an unincorporated private operation engaged in peaceful international trade.

Participation and interaction are voluntary and undertaken with personal responsibility, discernment, and free will.

Nothing presented through this website is intended as a voluntary assumption of an undisclosed federal, corporate, statutory, municipal, Territorial, or other foreign capacity merely by reason of communication, purchase, trade, commission, access, or inquiry.

Honorable remedy—including resolution, correction, replacement, or return where justly due—is offered in good faith.

Peace, Protection and Safe Conduct

The administrator claims and relies upon the guarantees, protections, treaties, trusts, agreements, and other assurances applicable to Americans acting in their proper capacity.

Sharing Dezigns conducts its affairs peaceably and expects the same peaceful conduct from those who interact with it.

Sharing Dezigns and its original works are privately created.

All God-given unalienable rights, property interests, and applicable rights in original works are retained and reserved.

Nothing displayed, communicated, offered, exchanged, or voluntarily shared through this website is intended as an abandonment of those rights or as an undisclosed transfer of ownership.
