Private Notice & Hold Harmless Agreement Between Living Souls
This private domain is operated in peaceful honor by a living woman on the land and soil, and is intended solely for private, voluntary exchange with other living men and women who walk in like manner. All interactions here are private, voluntary, and without controversy.
Hold Harmless Declaration
This declaration affirms mutual understanding among those who voluntarily enter into private exchange with Sharing Dezigns. We recognize that not all living men and women think, act, or believe alike. Its purpose is to preserve peace, good faith, mutual respect, and personal responsibility throughout our interactions.
Viewing or accessing this website, by itself, does not constitute acceptance of an agreement or the equivalent of a wet-ink signature. When a man or woman voluntarily chooses to enter into an exchange with Sharing Dezigns, the terms applicable to that exchange may be communicated and mutually agreed upon before proceeding.
Each party remains responsible for their own words, actions, representations, choices, and obligations. The parties agree to approach the exchange peaceably and in good faith, and neither party is expected to assume responsibility for the independent acts, decisions, or liabilities of the other except as expressly agreed.
Where an exchange requires additional terms, those terms may be stated in writing and accepted by the parties before performance begins.
Terms of Peaceful Use
Sharing Dezigns is a private, unincorporated branch of Sharing Salish(c), offering its creative works and services in private capacity and peaceful international trade.
Those who visit this site are welcome to explore its publicly available information and offerings without thereby entering into an agreement, transaction, or other relationship with Sharing Dezigns.
When a living man or woman chooses to inquire, commission work, purchase, trade, exchange services, or otherwise enter into a voluntary transaction with Sharing Dezigns, the interaction is undertaken peaceably, in good faith, and with respect for the stated capacity of the parties.
The terms of an actual exchange will be those communicated and mutually agreed upon for that exchange. No additional capacity, representation, obligation, or relationship is intended merely because a person views, remains on, or communicates through this website.
If you choose to enter into an exchange, please read the applicable terms before proceeding. If those terms are not acceptable to you, you remain free to decline the exchange.
Right to Revise
This Agreement may be revised as Sharing Dezigns grows, its offerings change, or greater clarity is needed concerning the terms under which an exchange is offered.
Any revision applies prospectively from the date it is published and does not, by itself, alter the terms of an exchange already agreed upon between the parties.
Where an existing exchange requires a material change to its agreed terms, that change will be communicated to the other party and mutually agreed upon before it becomes part of that exchange.
The current version of this Agreement will remain available here for review.
Use Is Always Voluntary
No man or woman is compelled to remain on this site or in any membership or account arrangement with Sharing Designz(c). Likewise, we reserve the right to discontinue association at any time for any reason, in peace and honor. We reserve the right to disengage or decline interaction with any party at any time, without explanation, and always in peace.
Lawful Exchange Agreement
Sharing Dezigns offers its creative works, services, commissions, and other offerings as a private, unincorporated branch of Sharing Salish(c), operating in private capacity and peaceful international trade.
Exchange may take the form of money, goods, services, barter, or another mutually acceptable form of consideration. The nature, value, scope, timing, and method of each exchange will be communicated and mutually agreed upon by the parties before performance begins.
Our exchanges are entered voluntarily and in good faith. Neither party is required to accept an offered exchange, and each remains free to decline proposed terms before an agreement is reached.
Once terms are mutually agreed upon, each party is expected to honor the commitments made. If circumstances interfere with performance, the parties will communicate in good faith and seek honorable resolution, correction, replacement, return, or another mutually appropriate remedy where justly due.

Jurisdiction Clause (Private Standing Only)
We do not consent to, nor do we voluntarily enter into, any foreign jurisdiction, statutory venue, or corporate governance merely by operating this website or engaging in private trade. All interactions herein are approached under God's Law, American Common Law, and the private understanding of living men and women acting in honor. Nothing on this site shall be construed as legal, financial, or commercial advice offered under any presumed authority. No contrary capacity, legal presumption, license, registration, or jurisdiction is knowingly asserted or voluntarily adopted. Sharing Dezigns operates privately and unincorporated in peaceful international trade.
No Trespass – Private Domain Notice
Sharing Dezigns respects the privacy, property, rights, and peaceful activities of others and expects the same respect in return.
No person acting in an individual, corporate, governmental, administrative, Territorial, Municipal, or other representative capacity is invited or authorized to misrepresent their capacity or purpose when interacting with Sharing Dezigns.
Any legitimate inquiry concerning Sharing Dezigns should be made openly, peaceably, and in good faith, with the identity and representative capacity of the party disclosed where applicable.
Nothing on this website constitutes consent to unauthorized access to private accounts, records, communications, property, or non-public information.
Sharing Dezigns reserves all rights concerning its private property, records, communications, original works, and peaceful activities, without prejudice.
Intellectual Property
All original designs, written content, photographs, graphics, concepts, digital materials, and other creative works presented or produced by Sharing Dezigns remain the property of their creator unless different terms are expressly agreed upon for a particular exchange.
Purchasing, receiving, commissioning, viewing, or otherwise obtaining access to a work does not, by itself, transfer ownership of the underlying original work or grant permission to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use it.
Where an exchange includes permission to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise make use of an original work, the scope of that permission will be communicated and mutually agreed upon as part of the exchange.
All rights not expressly conveyed are retained and reserved.

Good Faith Engagement Clause
We welcome peaceful interaction, constructive feedback, and mutual benefit in all private exchanges.
