This declaration affirms mutual understanding among all who voluntarily enter into private exchange through this site. We recognize that not all living souls think, act, or believe alike. This agreement exists to preserve peace and respect in all interaction.

By continuing to engage with this website, you, a man or woman in private capacity, accept and acknowledge this Hold Harmless Declaration as a binding agreement between us. This acknowledgment is deemed equal to a wet-ink signature as it pertains to your intent to operate in honor and accept responsibility for your own actions.

This private agreement is between you (a living man or woman), and i, a living soul operating under the trade name Sharing Designz(c), along with any partners in private capacity. It is not offered to the public at large, but only to those entering by free will and with good faith.

Please read and discern before proceeding. If you choose to remain and make use of this website or its offerings, you do so under full liability and by your own free will, thereby agreeing to these private terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not engage further.

Right to Revise

As all things grow and adapt, this private agreement may also be updated. Use Is Always Voluntary

No man or woman is compelled to remain on this site or in any membership or account arrangement with Sharing Designz(c). Likewise, we reserve the right to discontinue association at any time for any reason, in peace and honor. We reserve the right to disengage or decline interaction with any party at any time, without explanation, and always in peace.

Lawful Exchange Agreement

As a private, unincorporated trade name, Sharing Designz(c) engages only in lawful, non-commercial trade. We accept gold, silver, or other forms of lawful money for services rendered or items exchanged, including fair “service-for-service” arrangements as agreed upon between parties. These terms are flexible and privately negotiated. 

We do not participate in corporate interstate commerce or under any assumed legal entity. All activity here is strictly private trade between living souls under Natural Law and the Law of Peace. At no time shall this private exchange be construed as participation in U.S. interstate commerce or consent to statutory regulation.

Jurisdiction Clause (Private Standing Only)

We do not consent to, nor do we voluntarily enter into, any foreign jurisdiction, statutory venue, or corporate governance. All interactions herein are governed by God's law, American Common Law, and the private understanding of living men and women acting in honor. Nothing on this site shall be construed as legal, financial, or commercial advice under any presumed authority. No legal presumption, license, or registration shall be assumed to apply here. This is not a commercial offering nor solicitation.

This is a private domain for spiritual communication, creative expression, and lawful private trade. It is not open to public jurisdiction. All who enter this space are asked to do so in good faith, with honorable intent, and with respect for the lawful boundaries expressed here. Unkind, accusatory, or disruptive behaviors are unwelcome and will be peacefully removed at our sole discretion.

This domain is rooted in my faith in YeHoVaH, the Creator of Heaven and Earth. All trade, counsel, and communication extended here flow from that belief. We operate under the law of love, truth, and righteous judgment, and reserve the right to decline any request or relationship that violates my conscience or spiritual alignment. As such, all engagements here are weighed according to my conscience, Scripture, and spiritual alignment under the authority of YeHoVaH alone.

All use of this domain constitutes participation in a private covenant and agreement between living souls, not public actors. All rights reserved under Common Law, Natural Law, and divine law. No assumed jurisdiction is granted or implied.
